Goods are sold as is. Sorry, no refunds, returns or replacements. Cancellations of orders must be made two days (including weekends and holidays) after purchase is placed. As such, shipments are usually made at least two days after order is placed to allow for cancellations. Please allow up to ten weeks for shipping. In the case of cancellations, shipping costs may be retained. Cancellations of PayPal, credit card or other payments after goods are received may be treated as theft.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, applicable taxes and tariffs, including any import and export costs. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. Buyer will not hold Patrick J. McNamara responsible for any losses or damages, including those due to theft, lack of receipt, shipping mistakes, etc. Size, colour, materials used, dimensions and other characteristics of goods may and do vary. Goods sent may not appear exactly as pictured.

McNamara also holds the right to deviate from policy and procedures, as well as refuse to do business with potential and previous buyers, as he deems necessary. Some information, such as buyer's address, is needed for shipping and may be kept on record. Patrick J.
